序言：

“簡約、高級(jí)”，便是這次進(jìn)到屋主家的第一眼感受！這樣一個(gè)純粹的家，應(yīng)該是許多年輕人的向往吧！全屋簡約黑白調(diào)風(fēng)格，屋子原本是舊房子，到屋主手里已經(jīng)是翻了又翻再翻手的三手房子了，屋主在考慮想瀟灑獨(dú)居的情況下，也考慮未來家里填新成員的需求進(jìn)行改造，改造需求想要局改+軟裝設(shè)計(jì)搭配，在保留了地磚以及門框之下，對全屋進(jìn)行了局部拆改及改裝。
新家落地全部花費(fèi)：設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)＋硬裝一共花費(fèi)18w

步入正題：

原始戶型方正，原先布局入戶位置便是空曠的洗衣區(qū)域以及衛(wèi)生間熱水器外置在此處，入戶便有一堵墻擋住去路的感覺，左邊進(jìn)入分布明確，一間廚房三個(gè)臥室以及衛(wèi)生間，獨(dú)立的陽臺(tái)區(qū)域。

屋主改造需求：
需要能獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)看書、玩耍娛樂的空間
需要三房：主臥、長輩房、兒童房
客廳較小，希望整個(gè)廳能更加開闊一些
對聲音要求較高，休息時(shí)物理遮光

空間分布區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)，分為動(dòng)靜區(qū)域，不同區(qū)域擁有著不同的功能，在動(dòng)線的起承轉(zhuǎn)合之中，融入了生活場景，構(gòu)筑了舒適又和平的生活環(huán)境。在設(shè)計(jì)師的思維之中，每個(gè)空間經(jīng)由細(xì)致的設(shè)計(jì)，足以讓屋主對生活擁有更多的向往和期待。

方案設(shè)計(jì)：

重點(diǎn)改造入戶廚房餐廳區(qū)域
將陽臺(tái)融入客廳，合二為一
增加了整體空間，活動(dòng)區(qū)域更大
將原先封閉式廚房拆除，打通走廊通往客廳的空間
改造為開放式廚房+小飄臺(tái)，
弱化承重柱帶來的視覺隔斷
空間動(dòng)區(qū)形成迂回路線，更加合理



入戶走廊?Dentry corridor

The appearance of the entrance is spacious and the lines are clear and hard. The left side is designed with a multifunctional cabinet and shoe cabinet, and an embedded storage platform can be used to place various decorations. The right side is designed with an image mirror and a lazy shoe changing seat. The water and electricity meters are also carefully decorated, with a simple and casual design that reflects the exquisite life of the homeowner.

入戶觀感空曠線條清晰硬，左側(cè)設(shè)計(jì)入戶多功能柜以及鞋柜，嵌入式置物臺(tái)可擺放各種裝飾品，右側(cè)設(shè)計(jì)形象鏡以及慵懶的換鞋座椅，水電表也精心做了裝飾，設(shè)計(jì)簡約隨性，不失體現(xiàn)屋主精致的生活。

The ground is paved with white tiles with colored spots, adding a lively atmosphere. A vase with green plants is placed on the left wall, bringing vitality to the space. On the right side is a light gray storage cabinet that reaches the top. The middle of the cabinet is empty with embedded light strips, which hold books, small appliances, and other items, serving both storage and display functions. The entire space is clean, practical, and aesthetically pleasing.

地面鋪設(shè)著帶有彩色斑點(diǎn)的白色地磚，增添了活潑感。左側(cè)墻邊插有綠植的花瓶，為空間帶來生機(jī)。右側(cè)是到頂?shù)臏\灰色儲(chǔ)物柜，柜子中部留空，內(nèi)嵌燈帶，擺放著書籍、小電器等物品，兼具收納與展示功能。整個(gè)空間干凈利落，實(shí)用又美觀。



餐廳廚房? Dining room ＆ Kitchen

Immediately stepping into the open kitchen, the original two walls were removed and designed to be open, making the space more spacious and the kitchen larger. The only area has been re built with a floor that is resistant to oil stains and easier to clean. The style emphasizes individuality and creativity, and does not advocate pursuing high-end luxury, but focuses on expressing elements that distinguish it from other residences. The black and white combination is the most classic.

隨即步入開放式廚房，原先兩面的墻體拆除，設(shè)計(jì)開放式，空間更為開闊，廚房更加大了，唯一一塊區(qū)域地面重砌，防油污更易清洗，風(fēng)格重視個(gè)性和創(chuàng)造性的表現(xiàn)，不主張追求高檔奢華，而主力于表現(xiàn)區(qū)別于其他住宅的元素，黑白搭配最為經(jīng)典。

A white table with transparent legs is lightweight and stylish, with glass containers adorned with fruits and small flowers placed on top, adding a touch of life. The black storage platform has a unique design, displaying decorative items such as records and candle holders, forming a sharp contrast with the white background, highlighting the artistic sense.

白色的桌子搭配透明桌腿，輕盈時(shí)尚，桌上擺放著裝有水果與小花的玻璃容器，增添生活氣息。黑色的置物臺(tái)造型獨(dú)特，上面陳列著唱片、燭臺(tái)等裝飾品，與白色背景形成鮮明對比，凸顯藝術(shù)感。



客廳?Drawing room

The overall color scheme is mainly white and beige, creating a simple and bright atmosphere. The TV is hung on a white wall, with a white platform and a black low platform below. Decorative ornaments and vases are placed on the platform. Light brown sofa paired with black and white striped pillows, comfortable and stylish. There are books, ornaments, etc. displayed on the black shelf next to it. The white rocking chair by the window is paired with a small round table, and the greenery outside is lush. The ground is covered with a light gray textured carpet, which is coordinated with the overall style. The white air conditioning unit is installed above the TV, with a reasonable spatial layout that combines aesthetics and practicality.

整體色調(diào)以白色、米色為主，營造出簡潔明亮的氛圍。電視掛于白墻之上，下方是白色地臺(tái)搭配黑色矮臺(tái)，臺(tái)上擺放著裝飾擺件和花瓶 。淺棕色沙發(fā)搭配黑白條紋抱枕，舒適又時(shí)尚。一旁黑色置物架上陳列著書籍、擺件等。窗邊白色搖椅搭配小圓桌，窗外綠意盎然。地面鋪有淺灰色紋理地毯，與整體風(fēng)格相協(xié)調(diào)，白色空調(diào)掛機(jī)安裝在電視上方，空間布局合理，兼具美觀與實(shí)用性。

The white rocking chair is paired with a wooden stand, creating an elegant design. The semi transparent white gauze curtain gently hangs down, casting a soft light in the hazy atmosphere. The ground is covered with a textured gray carpet, creating a comfortable and stylish overall space.

白色的搖椅搭配木質(zhì)支架，造型優(yōu)雅，半透明的白色紗簾輕柔垂落，朦朧中透著柔和的光線，地面上鋪著帶有紋理的灰色地毯，整體空間盡顯舒適與格調(diào)。
